Our 3-Step Process for Client Success.
Learn Your Story, Goals, and Brand Mission.
During the onboarding process, we learn your companies story, values, and goals. We define what problem areas need to be addressed, and form educated design solutions to those needs. We do this by completing a full brand audit by looking at your current online presence, business goals, and marketing processes in place.
Craft Bold and Unique Design Solutions.
After completing a full audit of your brand, we will put together a proposal outlining what services we can provide and how they will help your business. This will include a list of deliverables, a project timeline, and pricing unique to your project.
Launch Your New Brand.
After receiving a signed contract and down payment, we will start doing what we do best. We will create the outlined deliverables and launch them according to the initial project proposal. Once all deliverables are completed, they will be reviewed with you and handed over upon final payment. For digital marketing and monthly retainer projects, the final delivery of assets comes at the end of each billing period. After final delivery and payment, we are always available to answer any questions, or help with launching your new brand!
